At Archer Watch Straps, we want you to love the way your timepiece looks and feels. If your new strap isn't the perfect fit or style, you can return or exchange any unworn item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Fit and Condition

  Ensure the watch strap is in its original, unworn condition and that all spring bars or hardware are included in the return package.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back for a refund or a different size.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely package the strap to prevent damage during transit, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned strap, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
